Welcome to Wynstone! We are excited to have you as part of our community. Wynstone is a private community, maintained by membership dues paid to the Wynstone Homeowner’s Association. Annual dues of $1,000 are assessed on each lot, and are paid in quarterly installments of $250 per quarter. Dues are prorated based on the purchase date of the lot/home. Sometimes our billing takes a couple of months to “catch up” for new owners. If you do not receive a quarterly statement of dues by the 10th of the quarter (ie: Apr 10 for 2nd quarter), please contact our accountant, Rick Grenko, at 252-4309.
As you know, there are various covenants in place to help ensure the beauty of the Wynstone area remains intact. You can find copies of the Covenants and By-Laws on this site. You can also find directions to the front gate operations. Please contact Kelli Fernando to add your family’s information to the directory, and for gate codes. Additionally, below is a list of names and numbers for utility companies, etc. that should help make your move as seamless as possible.
